A cute little shop and I really wanted to try the local pork. Definitely worth the drive from Kitchener! I bought a boned and rolled pork shoulder roast. So much flavour!! I actually thought I had over cooked it - according to the meat thermometer it was well and truly done! But it was moist, juicy and full of flavour! I had a 3kg roast (that had been frozen) that cooked in 2.5 hours on the bbq rotisserie. Thank you for providing good quality pork for a good price. Next up will be to try the free range chicken :)

Great selection of fresh pork, cheeses, and other frozen meats. Always nice to be able to support a local business. Definitely recommend stopping here if you're looking for local pork!
